Brandy Butter or Hard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 oz butter
2 oz castor sugar (fine crystal sugar)
l tblsp brandy

Directions:
Beat the butter and sugar to a white cream, then gradually beat in the brandy.

Leave in a cool place until required, and serve with Christmas Pudding
This is taken from my English Cookbook bought with me when I came to America. I make my own puddings when time permits. Enjoy
