Cabbage Roll Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup converted rice UNCOOKED
1 10 oz can tomato soup
1 15 oz can tomatoes for cooking, cut up
1 cup water
5 cups shredded cabbage

Directions:
Brown hamburger in large skillet. Add onion, salt and pepper. Drain. Add rice and mix well. Add soup, tomatoes and water. Put cabbage in baking dish and pour rest of ingredients over it. DO NOT STIR. Bake uncovered in 325 oven for 1 hour.
I usually use about 6-7 cups of cabbage because it cooks down so much and we love cabbage. You can also omit the tomatoes and increase the water. ENJOY!
