South of the Border Salsa Recipe

  Tex Mex Sauces

Ingredients:
1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes with liquid, chopped
1/2 cup minced parsley
1 medium onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Combine all. Refrigerate over night in a non-metallic container to allow flavors to blend.
Makes 3 cups.
