Cornbread Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
Corn Casserole
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn, slightly drained
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 box jiffy corn mix
1 egg
3/4 stick of butter

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish. When doubled makes 1 large and 1 small casseroles. Bake for 1 hr or until done.

Tiffany, I don't know if this is the exact recipe you are looking for, but it sounds like it could be close. The original recipe calls for 1 stick of butter and just one box of Jiffy mix, but I like it better the way I make it. This is a hit at all major holiday meals. Enjoy!
