Tomatoe Pizza Recipe

  Italian Bread

Ingredients:
yeast
water
sugar
saly
water
olive oil
tomatoes
provolone cheese
romano & parm cheese
spices

Directions:
Dissolve 1 package dry active yeast, tsp. salt, and TBL sugar in 1 cup warm tap water. Let set 10 min. Add 2 cups flour, stir til incorporated. Add 1/4 cup olive oil and 1 cup flour, knead til in bread consistency. Let raise in warm spot for a half hour. Form onto pizza or cookie pan and let raise another half hour.

When raised to desired size, bake crust in 500 deg oven until it starts to turn brown. Sprinkle with olive oil, add cheeses, top with tomatoes, salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, parsley (or italian seasoning). I also like hot pepper seeds. Bake in 500 deg oven until done.

I also make this on a sweet pastry dough, real good.
