Scotch-a-roos Recipe

  Cookie

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispies
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Mix sugar and corn syrup in saucepan. Bring to a boil (no longer than 2 minutes). Take off heat and add peanut butter and Rice Krispies, 2 cups at a time. Butter a 13x9x2 pan and then put in freezer to cool. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in double boiler. When melted, spread over Rice Krispies.
