Stuffed Pepper Soup Recipe

  Soup

Ingredients:
Roux
Hamburger
Peppers (green, red, yellow, a few hot ones if you like)
Onions
garlic
Miller's soup base
Crushed tomatoes
salt
pepper
red wine
rice

Directions:
Make roux out of equal parts flour and olive oil, cook til dark color.

Brown hamburger with salt, pepeer and garlic. Add soup base, chopped peppers and onions (I like mine in bite size pieces), cook til veg change color (leave them crisp), add tomatoes, 1/2 bottle red wine, cook half hour and roux. Serve in a bowl over cooked rice
