Chocolate Orange Cake Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 c. flour3/4 c. cocoa 2 t. baking powder 1 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 1 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. shortening 3 eggs. 5 T. grated orange rind 1 1/4 c. warm water Glaze: 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c sugar
Directions:
With electric mixer, beat sugar and shortening until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Add orange rind. Mix dries together and add to egg mixture, alternating with water. Spoon batter evenly into a greasted bundt pan. Bake for 55 minutes at 350. Cool inverted on serving platter. When cool, spoon glaze over top and sprinkle on icing sugar.Glaze: heat in small pot until syrupy (approx 3 minutes) Sorry, unknown
