Artichoke Dip Recipe

  American Dips

2-can's artichoke (drained)
1-cup hellman's mayo
1-cup parmesan cheese (grated,fresh)
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs.
1/2 cup dry white wine.
1 tsp minced garlic.
salt and white pepper to taste

Put mayo, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, white wine, and garlic with salt and pepper and blend.
Add the artichoke and blend just enought to make it lumpy.Greese oven proof bowl and pour ingrenients in. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Spinach can be added to this as well ( use approx 1 cup squeezed)
