Pain au Crabe Recipe

  French Seafood

2 tins of crab
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup of diced celery
A dash of salt and some pepper
1/2tsp of curry or more (optional)
4 slices french bread litely toasted
Fresh or dry parsley.

Mix crab and vegetables, add enough mayo to make a mix on the wet side, but not soupy. Pile on the bread, and put in the oven at 325 for about 20 min. or until very hot but not dry.

Add parsley to decorate before serving.

The mixture of crab can be done the night before.
