Stuffed Peppers Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef1 small onion 5 crushed saltine crackers 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 cup uncooked rice 1/4 cup water 2-3 peppers 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce 1 small clove garlic
Directions:
Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cores. Combine first 8 ingredients. Fill peppers with meat mixture and place in buttered casserole. Mix sauce and garlic, pour over peppers. Bake at 350 (covered) for 1 hour. Remove cover bake 15 minutes longer |
