MEXICAN CHICKEN Recipe

  Mexican Chicken

Ingredients:
4 skinless..boneless chicken breasts
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
minute rice...to feed 4 people
4oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4oz. shredded mexican cheese

Directions:
boil chicken. prepare rice in a sauce pan in a sauce pan rotel tomatoes, mushroom soup and chicken soup...heat in a baking dish place chicken pour mixture over chicken add cheddar cheese and mexican cheese bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts pour over rice.
serves 4 people
can be served with cottage cheese
