Alaskan Salmon Ball Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 cups drained, canned salmon (bonedm skinned, flaked)1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature 1 tablespoon finely minced onion 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans; mix well. Chill about 4 hours. Shape into a ball. Roll in pecans to coat well. Serve with assorted crackers and melba toast.I make this with my own home canned red salmon, but a good quality commercial product works well.
