Low-Cholesterol Dip Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
Makes about 3 cups
1 cup low-fat, small-curd cottage cheese
2 cups reduced-fat, cholesterol-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Fresh vegetables, for dipping

Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cottage cheese on low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Add mayonnaise, onion, white pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, salt and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours to let flavors blend. Serve with fresh vegetables, such as carrot and celery sticks and broccoli and cauliflower florets
