PRALIN Recipe

  Confections

Ingredients:
6 ozs. 170gr sugar

1/4 cup 50ml water

4 ozs. 120gr hazelnuts or almonds

Directions:
Put in the oven the nuts (half crushed)
at 350F (180c) for 5 minutes.

On medium heat melt sugar with water.

When sugar is disolved put a thermometer and boil up to 165c (350F

Add nuts put on a parchemin paper or a greased marble slab.

When cooled broke the nuts to desire size.
