Blueberry Crisp Recipe

  Dessert

Ingredients:
1 pint fresh or frozen bluberries
2/3 cup sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Combine blueberries and sugar. Mash together to break fruit and form syrup. In 9 x 13 pan, spread blueberries and pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the fruit. Scatter chopped pecans on top and drizzle melted margarine over all. Bake at 375 for 40 - 50 minutes.

Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
