Ingredients:
1 c. mayonaise1 c. sour cream 1 can water chestnuts (chopped, drained 1 pkg spinach,(cooked,well-drained,diced) 1 pkg Knorr Veg Soup Mix 1 small red onion-golf ball size(finely chopped) Fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge for at least an hour.To serve: Scoop out a round pumpernickel loaf of bread. Place the dip in the hollow. Cut up the bread into bite size pieces, toast lightly. Can substitute salad dressing for mayo. And an ordinary white onion is just as good.
