Ingredients:
4 (1/2 inch thick) slices Italian or French bread1 garlic clove, peeled, halved 2 tsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. crack black pepper 1 small tomato, thinly sliced 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions:
Grill, broil, or toast bread slices on both sides until light golden brown. While hot, rub cut side of garlic over one side of each slice of bread. Brush 1/2 tsp. oil over garlic side of each slice; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top wiht tomato slices; sprinkle with basil. 4 servings.100 calories, 25 from fat, 3 g. fat, 1 g. saturated, 0 cholesterol per serving
