Artichoke Dip Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup canned/bottled artichokes, chopped
garlic, chopped, to taste
jalepenos, chopped, to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread evenly in an oven safe casserole that will make the dip about one inch deep. Bake in a 350F oven until pretty.
"Bake until pretty," is a direct quote from my friend Deb, the source of this recipe. It actually means until browned, not really really brown, just until, well, pretty.
