German Sausage in a blanket Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (11 oz.) refrigerated French bread dough2 Tblsp. yellow mustard 1 can (8 oz.) saurkraut, drained 1 lb. german sausage, halved crosswise.
Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degree. on lightly floured surface roll out dough into 18"x 4" rectangle. Spread with mustard, leaving 1/2" border; top with saurkraut. Cut sausage in half crosswise. Place each sausage piece on center of each dough rectangle, rearranging dough to fit sausage. Brush edges with water; pull gently over sausage and press together to seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake until golden brown 30-35 minutes. Before serving cut into 1/2" slices.Makes 12 servings
