Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar 1 Tablespoon flour 3 Tablespoons cornstarch 2 cups milk 3 egg yolks 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 Tablespoon butter Directions: Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch. Add milk and eggs. Cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Put in baked pie shell. Can add coconut, or 1/3 cup cocoa, or 1/2 cup peanut butter.
