Ingredients:
Frogs legsflour S&P Tomatoes, pealed, seededand diced lots of fresh garlic, crushed olive oil chopped parsley to garnish
Directions:
sautee the garlic and tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, slowly in the olive oil until it is a thick homogenous sauce.just befor service reheat the sauce and toss with the parslydredge the frogs legs in the seasoned flour and quickly sautee in olive oil arrange on plate and top with sauce |
