Poulet Provencal Recipe

  French Chicken

Ingredients:
3/4 cup good olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bunch Fresh Basil or 1 TBS dry.
1 TBS Herbes de Provence* or make a mixture of marjoram, oregano and thyme.
Salt Pepper
*you can find it in special food stores like Fernandos if you are in the south.

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Put in a big baggie, add chicken and leave from 3 to 12 hours. Turn bag often so that the mixture does not separate, about every hour.
