Seafood Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon minced green onion
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Optional: A few drops of Tabasco Sauce

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Put halibut or other firm fleshed fish in a single layer in a large shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Grill fish over medium-hot fire, basting often with excess marinade, about 8 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
