Ono Sweet Potatoes Recipe

  Hawaiian Potpourri

Ingredients:
1 (24 ounce) can sweet potatoes or yams, drained
3 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash sweet potatoes and bananas with cinnamon and salt. Place in a buttered baking dish. Top with a thin layer of brown sugar. Mix nuts and corn flakes. Spread over brown sugar. Pour melted butter over top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
