GRILL PAN SWORDFISH Recipe

Ingredients:
2 SWORDFISH FILLETS
OLIVE OIL
2 TBSP ASSORTED FRESH HERBS, CHOPPED
CHILI POWDER
COARSE MUSTARD
SALT AND PEPPER

Directions:
RUB BOTH SIDES OF THE FILLETS WITH MUSTARD, SPRINKLE WITH CHILI, PEPPER, SALT TO TASTE. PRESS FRESH HERBS ONTO FISH. HEAT OIL IN GRILL PAN. GRILL A FEW MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL JUST DONE (5 MINUTES OR SO). ENJOY.
THIS IS GREAT SERVED OVER FRESH GREENS WITH A VINEGRETTE DRESSING, TOO.
