Spinach & artichoke Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1 16oz carton light or nofat sour cream
l loz envelope Original Ranch Party Dip Mix
l l4oz can artichoke hearts (rinse, drain, chop)
l l0oz chopped spinach frozen spinach
(thaw, drain well)
1 2oz jar diced pimentoes (rinse, drain)
1 large (l l/2 lbs) round bread.

Directions:
Combine sour cream and dressing mix in a medium bowl. Add artichokes, spinach and pimentoes. Cut a circular slice from the top of the bread. Hollow out the center leaving a l" shell for the dip. Cube the removed bread for dipping.
