Ingredients:
1 c. saltines, crushed1/2 cube margarine, melted 3 c. thinly chopped onions (Walla Walla) 1/4 cube margarine 3/4 c. milk 2 lightly beaten eggs 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Directions:
Mix saltines and margarine for crust and put in 9 inch pie pan. Melt margarine and add onions. Cook until tender. Place in pie shell. Cook eggs, milk, salt and pepper until hot. Pour over onions. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. | |
