Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. molasses 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted 1 1/2 tbsp. flouor Pinch of salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 unbaked 8" pastry shell
Directions:
Combine eggs, brown sugar, molasses, butter, flour & salt; beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into passtry shell. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.Very rich, you may want to cut into 8 serving pieces.
