Lemon Chess Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 lemon rind, grated

Directions:
Line pie plate with unbaked crust. Separate eggs, put whites in small bowl. Beat yolks, add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 stick melted margarine, stir in 1/4 cup lemon juice and lemon rind. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in pie shell and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 7 minutes then 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
