Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups whole blanched almonds1-1/2 cups confectioner's sugar - sifted 1 egg white 1 teaspoon almond extract 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Grind the almonds, a portion at a time, in an electric blender or food chopper, using the fine blades. Combine with confectioner*s sugar, egg white, almond extract and salt. Work to a stiff paste. Refrigerate in an air-tight container or plastic bag. |
