  Beef

Ingredients:
dark rye bread
swiss cheese (or emmenthal)
saurkraut
corned beef

Directions:
On an ungreased cookie sheet, spread out the bread in twos. On one side, place the corned beef and on the other spread the saurkraut and swiss cheese. Broil on low until cheese bubbles. Place two sides together. Voila! (I tend to use deli corned beef as it is not rubbery)
