Tasty Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/2 pound whole fresh mushrooms1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:
Wash the mushrooms and separate the stems from caps. Combine the cheese, bread crumbs, basil, oregano, thyme and the mushroom stems in a food processor or blender and puree. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps. Bake in a 425-degree oven for about 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.6 servings
