Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms Recipe | |

Ingredients:
12 zucchini blossoms1 cup cooked wild rice 1 4-or5-oz. package herb-garlic flavored spreadable cheese, softened
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove stems and any green from around blossoms. Rinse and drain well.2. Lightly grease a 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine wild rice and cheese with a fork. 3. Open squash blossoms and fill each with 3 tablespoons of rice stuffing. Place in prepared baking dish; cover tightly with foil. Bake until heated through--about 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings
