Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs or egg substitute
1 c. milk, 2% is fine
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Beat all ingredients together - 2 minutes
Heat oil or pan drippings (1/2 tsp to each muffin cup) til piping hot.
Pour batter in til half full.
Bake 450f. oven - 20 minutes.
The batter can be made ahead and refrigerated til ready to use.
