Corn-Flake Oven Chicken Recipe

  American Chicken

Ingredients:
3 lb. chicken, cut-up (or equivalent in pieces)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tbsp milk
2 1/2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
5 tbsp butter
Dash cayenne pepper (opt)

Directions:
Crush, but don't pulverize Corn Flakes. Wash & pat chicken dry. Mix together eggs & milk. Separately mix Corn Flake crumbs, salt, pepper & cayenne (if used). Dip chicken into milk-egg mix, than in crumbs, coating well. Put in well-greased pan. Drizzle w/butter. Bake, uncovered 1 hour at 350.
