Directions:
Combine ingredients in China or Glass casserole, or flat dish. Marinate fish (turning occasionally) or as long as possible before grilling. Place fish on pre-heated charcoal or gas grill. Baste with additional marinade during cooking. Cook (depending on thickness) approximately 8 minutes on first side, then 5 minutes on second side over medium-hot fire, uncovered.Adjust amounts for quantity of fish you are marinating. Cut in half for one serving.
