Grilled Fish Mainade Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Dry Vermouth or white wine
1/4 cup Lime or Lemon Juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. ground black pepper
Hot Sauce or Ground Cayenne Pepper (Optional

Directions:
Combine ingredients in China or Glass casserole, or flat dish. Marinate fish (turning occasionally) or as long as possible before grilling. Place fish on pre-heated charcoal or gas grill. Baste with additional marinade during cooking. Cook (depending on thickness) approximately 8 minutes on first side, then 5 minutes on second side over medium-hot fire, uncovered.
Adjust amounts for quantity of fish you are marinating. Cut in half for one serving.
