I've lost the recipe but I remember it's only four ingredients: cabbage, hot peppers of choice, vinegar and pickling salt. In Kentucky it is called picalilli. Some may call it hot kraut. It's mixed togther, put in canning jars and set in the dark for 6 weeks. I don't remember the amounts.
