I am doing a charity fundraiser Saturday for 100 people. I need a yummy rice recipe to serve 100 that will cook well, reheat well, and taste wonderful. Tried to make a huge recipe of my Consomme Rice, but the rice did not cook all the way through, despite the fact that all of the liquid disappeared. The rice had a horrible consistency ... almost "stale" if that makes sense. Thanks so much. This is an emergency! Must cook this Friday, October 19th, for an event Saturday, October 20th.
