Pineapple Juice Recipes

My first cousin is the executive chef at one of the only two five-star Southwestern restaurants in New Mexico. This is the finest among a number of recipes he has given me, and I would like to share it with you. It is an exotic meal that will please everyone from children to discriminating eaters. I would love to hears what you think of it.

If you want the next best thing to a vine-ripened tomato, and it's winter, try canned tomatoes, as suggested in this recipe.

It sure helps to have a salad shooter for grating. These stay so orange people think they're carrots till tasting.

This is great with a green vegetable - asparagus (sp?) or broccoli are my favorite:)

Custom-made dried turkey strips, or jerky, are more tender and much more flavorful than any you buy at the store. They are great for travel, very low in fat, and can be made to your desired level of spiciness with the addition of more ground pepper to the marinade.
