Mole Sauce Mexican Sauces
I use 1/2 to 1 cup for a two-person meal. This sauce packs a real wollop though, so definetly check it for heat before liberal use. I use it with chi.... Mole' Poblano Mexican Sauces I have several more recipes for mole, such as tamarind and "Holy Leaf". I know this is not a "short" recipe, but it is worth the effort. Good Luck!....
