I use 1/2 to 1 cup for a two-person meal. This sauce packs a real wollop though, so definetly check it for heat before liberal use. I use it with chicken, pork or seafood.

Canned green chilies will not give the flavor of the fresh chilies. Frozen chilies are almost as good as fresh. Definitely better than can.

Serve as an appetizer spread on thick slices of country-style bread or flat pita bread. or use as a side dish.
